    QPQ处理技术，它是Quench-Polish-Quench的缩写形式。是指将黑色金属零件放入两种性质不同的盐浴中，通过多种元素渗入金属表面形成复合渗层，从而达到使零件表面改性的目的。它没有经过淬火，但达到了表面淬火的效果，因此国内外称之为QPQ。QPQ处理是一种复合处理技术， 将热处理与防腐蚀处理一次完成，处理温度低，时间短，能同时提高零件表面硬度、耐磨性和抗蚀性，减少摩擦系数，变形小，无公害。具有优化加工工序，缩短生产周期，降低生产成本的优点，得到众多厂家的认可和赞誉，像美国GE、GM公司、德国大众、奔驰、日本丰田、本田等一些******的跨国公司，均大量采用。此技术被国内外热处理行业认为是金属表面强化技术领域内的巨大进展，把它称之为一种冶金学领域内革命性新技术。
